The City of New Bedford ("City") Purchasing Department, in conjunction with the Planning Department, is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide Design and Construction Management Services for a Contemporary Memorial Landscape Dedicated to Those Who Have Served in the Global War on Terrorism. Questions concerning this RFQ must be submitted via email to purchasing@newbedford-ma.gov by Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. E.S.T. City responses will be emailed as an addendum to all proposers on record as having pulled RFQ documents (by emailing purchasing@newbedford-ma.gov) Final Addendum Issued Wednesday, January 4, 2023 Respondents must email purchasing@newbedfordma.gov to confirm they have submitted a response. Responses received after the above time and date will be rejected and returned unopened. Emailed and/or faxed responses will not be accepted. Responses must include ALL DOCUMENTS required by the Request for Qualifications and strictly follow its instructions. The City of New Bedford reserves the right to waive any informality, error, or omission in, or to reject, any or all responses, if it deems such waiver or rejection to be in its best interest. One (1) original and one (1) electronic version in PDF format on USB, must be submitted in accordance with the requirements stated in the RFQ. Responses must be submitted to the attention of the Purchasing Department in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFQ #23175058 Design and Construction Management Services for a Contemporary Memorial Landscape Dedicated to Those Who Have Served in the Global War on Terrorism" with the name, address, and telephone number of the responder also clearly marked. A contract will be awarded within 60 days of submission deadline, or a later date as determined at the sole discretion of the City The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time Award Amount: $398,720
