Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Fishers, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 200,000-square-foot recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
The Event Center will be located on 53-acres that expands on the recently developed 18-acre Fishers District, home to a variety of restaurant and retail options. In addition to the Event Center, the expanded area will include approximately 60,000 SF or retail, restaurant, and mixed-use space as well as 2 hotels. As of August 4, 2023, construction is underway and began in March of 2023. Completion is expected in December of 2024.
