Site work for a water / sewer project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of September 4, 2024, this project will not be awarded. The project will be redeveloped and readvertised. The City of Cheyenne, Wyoming Board of Public Utilities (BOPU) is soliciting proposals for professional consulting and engineering services for the Crystal Bypass Pipeline. Project includes design and construction administration of a 20-inch pipeline to allow water from Stage II pipeline to be delivered directly to the Sherard Water Treatment Plant. Project funded through the Wyoming State Revolving Fund and the American Rescue Plan Act distributed through Wyoming Water Development Commission. Short list for interviews will be announced on January 20, 2023, and interviews are tentatively scheduled for January 26-27, 2023 at the BOPU's main office.
