Renovation of a municipal facility in Providence, Rhode Island. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. MPA 599 Open Enrollment seeks qualified vendors with the capabilities to provide repair, installation and other related services to automatic door operators. Vendors will be evaluated for placement on Master Price Agreement contract. The scope provided is a generalization that will encompass services state-wide. Agencies throughout the State will contact vendors placed on the qualified list to provide quotes and all other general needs. Vendors will have the ability to inspect location prior to submitting a quote. User agencies will conduct min-bids from the qualified list in order to determinate lowest price offer.
