L17-5746 The proposed construction consists of on-call contractor services for the replacement of lead water service lines on public and private property for approximately 95 properties at locations to be determined through April 2026. The contract will include all work necessary to install the water service lines via directional drilling and open cut construction, including project management, labor, equipment, and materials.
