Renovation of a multi-residential development in Prescott, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a four-story above grade multi-residential development.
The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 17 multi-residential and 176 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. The building at 275 Water Street, Prescott, is a 4-storey apartment building in need of a roof upgrade. The roof consists of three sections, the main level, front entrance and one mezzanine roof. The main roof area consists of flood and gravel. The successful proponent will be responsible to complete the roof replacement of the building located at 275 Water Street, Prescott, Ontario owned and operated by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville. The County will be responsible for disconnecting, dismantling, packaging and disposing from site the photo-voltaic (PV) system along with all associated components. The PV system will not be re-installed after the completion of the roof replacement. The successful proponent will be required to provide price per hour to hoist the PV system to the ground with two (2) labourers onsite to assist in the operations and one (1) hoist operator. HVAC units to remain in place and not be lifted as they were recently installed. Gas lines are to be removed by others for the duration of the roof project and re-installed following the roof installation.
