Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brunswick, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The successful Bidder shall provide all skill; labor, material, and equipment for the performance of all project coordination necessary to improve stormwater drainage and roadway improvements in the Somersby Pointe Subdivision. The stormwater drainage improvement construction and roadway construction includes, but is not limited to, erosion and sediment control measures, removal and replacement of asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and driveway improvements, concrete channel construction, installation of new drainage piping, structures, and junctions. Water and sanitary sewer infrastructure adjustments and conflict resolutions are anticipated with the project. The water and sanitary sewer improvements will be in accordance to JWSC standards. All work shall be in accordance with the Technical Specifications and the construction drawings, if any. All material shall conform to the specifications contained in the Technical Specifications. Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing and forwarded, to the Procurement Officer, Resden Talbert at rtalbert@glynncounty-ga.gov no later than February 27th, 2023. All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than March 3rd, 2023. All questions are required to be submitted in written form. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum. All contact concerning this solicitation shall be made through the Procurement Officer. Bidders shall not contact County employees, Department Heads, Evaluation Committee Members or Elected Officials with questions or any other concerns about the solicitation.
