Site work and paving for a civil project in Whitesburg, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Letcher County Fiscal Court has experienced damages due to a flooding event occurring in July 2022 (DR-4663-KY). The Court is seeking bids for road and bridge disaster repairs . All companies, including women, minority, and veteran owned businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal. Letcher County Fiscal Court is accepting bids for certain structures of the Residential Bridge Emergency Access Program. The Residential Bridge Emergency Access Program allows the county to install emergency access structures for residents. The program is not intended to replace the structure that was in place previously, but rather, to create a more immediate way for residents to access their currently inaccessible homes. KYTC/FEMA have determined the scope of work that will meet emergency access. The scope of work for this site will appear in the yellow column of the attached pdf.
