This is a solicitation for Consultants to submit their Qualification Statements for land survey services. The selected Consultant(s) will enter into a one year, or until project completion, contract with Okanogan County Public Works which will include work on Federal Aid project. The County of Okanogan in accordance with section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), commits to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability, in all of its programs and activities. The Consultant(s) selected for the below stated Federal Aid project shall be responsible for land survey work that may be required by the County over the duration of the contract(s) term. Work may include, but is not limited to, the following: Legal Property Descriptions Legal Descriptions for Road vacation Record of Survey Construction Staking This is a solicitation for Consultants to submit Statements of Qualifications which will include work on the following Federal Aid project: OCRP 9309-13 Cameron Lake Road 3R Land Survey Services for these projects are estimated to begin between February 1, 2023 and December 31, 2026 and may extend beyond this estimated date range. The County of Okanogan reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent phases (R/W, CN) associated with these projects.
