Poplar River First Nation Chief and Council are calling tenders for the expansion of a facultative lagoon and construction of a new chemical addition building in Poplar River First Nation. Works generally include: Expansion of the existing facultative lagoon with construction two new in situ clay-lined cells. Construction of a 100 square metre, wood-framed chemical addition building. Approximately 105,000 cubic metres of excavation Construction of approximately 100 lineal metres of gravel access road complete with a truck turnaround with A-Base and C-Base. Construction of a perimeter trail around the lagoon footprint.
