Clarification deadline 12/19/2022 5:00 PM The Seattle Public Library (SPL) seeks APC Smart-UPS On-Line units, or other products with the equivalent capabilities. Desired specifications include: 5.4kVA, Rackmount 3U, 208V, 2x L6-20R+2x L6-30R NEMA outlets, Network Card+SmartSlot, Extended runtime, W/ rail kit. The Library seeks a multi-year contract and plans to make an initial purchase of 11 UPS units in the first year and will purchase additional units in future years of the contract as older units throughout they library system are replaced. The total quantity purchased may be up to 90 units over the term of the contract, but there is no guarantee of the total sales. Estimated Cost: Not to Exceed $555k Approx.
