The Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the Indian Road Project CN-0930-1610-BR22. Located in Cherokee and Sequoyah County, this project is a total of 0.19 miles in length. Project limits: Site A Lat. 35 37'56"N and Long. 95 04'21"W; Site B Lat. 35 38'47"N and Long. 95 02'52"W. Site A project is grading, drainage, surfacing of 0.095 miles of an existing paved county road and construction of a 10'x10'x90' RCB. Surfacing will consist of 24' wide asphalt roadway and 4' paved shoulders for a total of 32' roadway width. Site B project is grading, drainage, surfacing of 0.095 miles of an existing paved county road and construction of a 2-10'x10'x90' RCB. Surfacing will consist of 24' wide asphalt roadway and 4' paved shoulders for a total of 32' roadway width. Project will be a Fixed Completion Date Contract consisting of: October 4, 2023. (See Part 2, Specifications, subsections 108.02, "Notice to Proceed and Preconstruction Conference", 108.07, "Administration and Extension of Contract Time" and the addition of 108.08 Special Provisions for Incentive /Disincentive. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders who do NOT have a representative attending the pre-bid conference. The Bidder must not make telephone or other oral inquiries concerning this Bid Notice or the Bid Proposal. All correspondence and questions regarding this Bid Notice and requests for additional information must be directed in writing to cndot-projects@cherokee.org, no later than 5:00 p.m., December 22, 2022. Responses to questions and any bid document updates and/or addendums will be posted on or before 5:00 p.m., December 29, 2022 Any bid received after this deadline will not be considered. The Bidder may modify or withdraw the Bid at any time prior to the bid submission deadline, provided such communication is received in writing by the designated contact person for this Bid Notice prior to the bid submission deadline.
