Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in South Orange, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Scope of Work is the Construction of a Paved, Curbed Driveway and Parking Lot. The Total Paved Area is 750 Square Yards, With 250 Square Yards Being Pervious Pavement. The Project Includes Concrete Sidewalk, Concrete Steps, and a Concrete Ramp Into the Rear of the Building. Construction Must Be Substantially Complete and Invoiced on or Before 03/17/2023. The Township of South Orange Village Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities in the Bid Received, and to Reject Any and/or All Bids as in Its Judgment May Best Serve the Interest of the Village. The Village Shall Have a Maximum of Sixty (60) Days From the Receipt of Bids to Either Accept or Reject Them. The Successful Bidder Shall Be Required to Comply With the Provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Chapter 150 of the Laws of 1963, Effective January 1, 1964, and the Requirements of P.o. 1975, C. 127. Bidders Are Required to Provide a Copy of Their Public Works Contractor Registration With the Bid Pursuant to P.l. 1999, C.238. Bidders Are Required to Provide a Copy of Their Business Registration With the Bid Pursuant to P.l. 2004, C.57.
