Location: 1098 Monmouth Street, Newport, KY 41071 Renovation/Painting of interior elements of the building, including, but not limited to: new wall framing, insulation, drywall, relocation of existing diffusers and returns, relocation of existing lights and switches, data/communications relocated, interior wall repair and painting of the entire health center. Warranty: Provide all standard Contractors Warranty of 1 year; all extended warranties will be passed on to owner.
