Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Shelby Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the installation of a new 460 linear feet pile driven steel seawall, 58 linear feet of floating patrol dock, and utility improvements, including but not limited to soil erosion control, pedestrian traffic control, selective seawall demolition, site demolition, site lighting Improvements, sanitary/storm sewer improvements, earthwork/grading, pavement/site restoration and all incidental construction at Stony Creek Metropark in Macomb County, Michigan. Bids shall be submitted on the form included in the bidding documents, and shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond underwritten by a surety licensed in the State of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. The Bond Forms for the Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bond, and Maintenance Bond, are provided herein. The amount shown for each shall be equal to 100 percent of the full amount of the Contract. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: The undersigned agrees that time is an essential condition of the Contract and shall totally complete the work on or before June 14, 2024 Should the undersigned fail to complete the work by this date, it is agreed that the sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) per day will be deducted from the Contract Amount for each and every calendar day the work is incomplete.
