Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Syracuse, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Marilyn Acres Phase 5 project consists of: Installation of approximately 1,871 LF of culinary main and associated appurtenances Installation of approximately 2.096 LF of secondary main and associated appurtenances Installation of approximately 454 LF of sewer main and associated appurtenances Installation of approximately 1,849 LF of storm drain main and associated appurtenances Installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk Installation of approximately 69,638 SF of 4" thick asphalt No pre-bid conference will be held. Email questions to bbloemen@syracuseut.gov. A. 1250 West Street will be substantially complete on or before May 27, 2023. B. The work on 1350 South Street and 1100 West Street may not begin until May 27, 2023. C. Work for the whole project will be substantially complete on or before August 11, 2023, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before August 18, 2023.
