Renovation of a municipal facility in Edgartown, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The Town of Edgartown Selectmens Office invites bids from qualified and experienced contractors to replace flooring, paint offices, hallways and meeting room and perform minor repairs on the first floor of Town Hall, located at 70 Main St., Edgartown MA 02539. This work shall be in compliance with National, State and local ordinances/codes. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor and materials necessary to do the work. The labor supplied under the contract is subject to MGL(c) 149 (Prevailing Wage) and certified payrolls are required to be submitted. OSHA 10-hour certification required. Award will be made within twenty (20) days after the bid opening. The Town of Edgartown reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in its best interest. The Town of Edgartown fully complies with federal, state, and local laws and directives governing equal opportunity, affirmative action and non-discrimination in all Town activities and actively solicits bids from MBE/WBE businesses. Questions concerning this IFB must be submitted in writing to: Jennifer Smyth, Procurement Officer, no later than Friday, December 30, 2022.
