Consequently, it appears more essential than ever that the completion of local infrastructure work be preceded by planning stages, allowing municipalities to make informed decisions about the management of their assets. This mandate consists of producing, to the satisfaction of the MRC des Maskoutains and the MTQ, the report on the condition of the entire level 1 and 2 road network, which is located in the fifteen local municipalities and the two towns. of the MRC des Maskoutains. The deliverables must be complete and comply with Step 4 - Road network condition report, as described in the Local road infrastructure intervention plan - development guide (2021). This mandate consists of the auscultation of approximately 628 km of paved and unpaved roads, the inspection of approximately 1174 georeferenced culverts, the inspection of 19 structures (large diameter culverts) with openings of 3 to 4.5 meters, the inventory and inspection of guardrails, signage, lighting and testimony on the presence of ditches on all level 1 and 2 public roads located in the fifteen local municipalities and the two towns of the MRC des Maskoutains. The service provider must provide data collection and processing, as well as analysis and diagnosis of results, all in accordance with a robust and detailed quality assurance plan.
