Reference number : 1670646 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-01-02 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Project : The Corporation d'habitation Jeanne-Mance (CHJM hereafter) is requesting Bids from Consultants for its Project Fire safety upgrades in towers . Description : This call for tenders aims to upgrade fire safety standards in towers T1 (100 rue Ontario Est), T2 (100 boulevard de Maisonneuve Est), T3 (200 rue Ontario Est), T4 (250 boulevard de Maisonneuve Est) and T5 (250 rue Ontario Est) and bring the electrical and mechanical distribution work in the common areas of towers T1, T2 and T3 and building B2 (130 rue Ontario Est) up to standard. Construction work will begin in August 2023 and end in March 2025. At a minimum, the work requires expertise in architecture, building mechanics and electricity, fire alarm, fire protection and asbestos decontamination. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
