Renovation and Remodel Bid Opportunity for the Cleveland Emergency Shelter, Inc. The Cleveland Emergency Shelter, Inc. is a non-profit organization which provides assistance and services to homeless individuals and families in Cleveland/Bradley County and the surrounding counties in Tennessee. CES has been awarded an allocation of American Rescue Plan Funds from both Bradley County and the City of Cleveland. The funding will be used for the renovation of the Shelter Annex located at 635th 8th Street SE. One half of the building is currently used as a multipurpose room while the other half is being used to as a storage facility for up to 50 homeless clients. The storage component of the building will be renovated to construct 6 bedrooms with a remodel to current bathroom. Minority-owned, woman-owned, and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.
