Renovation of a parking garage in Columbus, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

This project will address building envelope and roof deficiencies at the 12th Ave. Garage to include the Bio Greenhouse. Work may include, but is not limited to exterior envelope repairs, improving wall and roof interfaces, flashing repair, masonry repair, waterproofing rehabilitation, and/or epoxy/chemical injection. The primary goals of this project shall include, but are limited to the following: 1. Identify improvements needed for the roof, envelope, 6th floor ceiling and plumbing systems. 2. Provide a written report of recommendations, cost estimates and prioritization for improvements. 3. All work shall comply with current State of Ohio code and all other applicable laws and codes. 4. Comply with the University Building Design Standards. This project will include an assessment of the garage. Follow on to the assessment, this project will transition to design and then construction administration services through close-out. Following the assessment phase of this project, the anticipated project delivery method for this project is General Contracting. LEED and BIM are not applicable to this project and will not be evaluated for this proposal. This project includes asset tagging. The Primary firm submitting for the project is required to have the expertise capable of meeting this prerequisite and is responsible to support their consultants to meet this requirement. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
