On behalf of the Rome Floyd County Development Authority (RFCDA), the Floyd County Purchasing Department will be accepting a Request for Proposal from vendors for Professional Brownfield Community Assessment Grant Administration/Implementation Services. Questions Due Date: Jan 2nd 2023, 4:00 PM EST The RFCDA reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to make an award that is in their best interest. The Rome Floyd County Development Authority (RFCDA) is seeking proposals from firms to provide services to perform assessment activities and other work associated with the RFCDA's Environmental Protection Agency, Region 4, Brownfields Community Assessment Grant. The firm selected will be utilized to provide technical services to the RFCDA for grant administration, environmental and engineering services, and cleanup and reuse planning. The resulting contract will be for four years. RFCDA may amend or extend this contract beyond the initial four years to accommodate the terms and conditions of the FY22 Brownfields Community Assessment Grant or future EPA grants awarded to RFCDA within this four-year period. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
