Renovation of a water / sewer project in Evansville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project includes the rehabilitation of existing Filters 13 through 20 filter gallery and pipe gallery at the existing Water Treatment Plant through the following improvements: 1. Lead paint abatement of filter gallery walls adjacent to filter beds. 2. Isolate pipe gallery from filter gallery to create separation of spaces to limit humidity in pipe gallery from filters. Isolation to generally include masonry walls between the pipe gallery and adjacent spaces. 3. Replace air handling and dehumidification unit for filter and pipe galleries. 4. Replace all electric actuators, control conduit and cabling for all actuators in the pipe gallery. 5. Cleaning and coating of all pipes and supports in pipe gallery. 6. Sump pump replacement. (*Place Bid in drop box located outside of Room 100. If drop box is locked, approximately 40 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting, the bid will only be accepted by an EWSU staff member in the scheduled meeting room prior to the scheduled meeting time.)
