All laborers and mechanics employed by SUBCON-TRACTOR or its subcontractors in the performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as re-quired by law. The SUBCONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for em-ployment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. All Federal and State laws and the rules and regu-lations of all authorities having juris-diction over the project shall apply to the contract throughout. The State of Montana 1% Gross Re-ceipts Tax applies to this project. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish in-surance as described in the Bid Docu-ments and certificate(s) of that insur-ance shall be provided.
