Reference Number 0000363423 Job Location: Boulder, CO The Regents of The University of Colorado Boulder are seeking a Construction Manager/ General Contractor for services, and requests submittal for proposals of General Contractors for the project titled UCB000762-CHAP - New Chemistry and Applied Math Building. The University of Colorado Boulder intends to construct a new approximately 136,700 GSF facility on the east side of Main Campus. The facility, and associated site developments, will be located on and around Business Field, a 4.5-acre parcel on the west side of Regent Drive. The project will support the university's Chemistry and Applied Math programs, and includes research labs, lab support, classrooms, and office spaces. The "Design Development" phase has been completed. The proposed project comprises four floors, a partial basement, and a new quadrangle. The Fixed Limit of Construction is $138,625,000.00. The FLCC includes the State-required 5.5% bidding and construction contingencies.
