The successful firms shall meet the requirements for qualifications as listed in the orc 153.65 (d) and have on staff a minimum of one licensed or accredited professional for each of the services required. The Consultant shall assign a Project Manager, that shall be currently registered as a Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio, to directly oversee this project. In event that the initial Project Manager must leave the project, the County shall be given the right to review the credentials of the proposed replacement for the Project Manager.
