Renovation of an educational facility in Pinedale, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of January 9, 2023, project was awarded to United Service Inc., awarded amount is $174,829.38. The estimated budget on the floor is $200,000. All bids will be evaluated pursuant to Wyoming State Statues 16-6-102 Resident Contractors; 16-6-203, Resident Labor; and Wyoming State Statutes Chapter 16, Article 7 on Construction Contracts. In addition, pursuant to Wyoming State Statues 16-6-104, and 16-6-106, preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state. Questions pertaining to the project should be directed to Jeryl Fluckiger. District shall not be responsible for any oral instructions. Any changes to the RFP will be in the form of an addendum, which will be furnished to all registered RFP holders. All site access must be coordinated in advance through the Administration Office located at 665 N. Tyler Ave., Pinedale, Wyoming. Classes that are in session will require coordination with the Central Office. Location of work areas will be restricted to areas that will not disturb classroom functions or create hazards for students. Athletics activities will require coordination with the central office.
