The Design-Builder shall provide high-quality services including scheduling, phasing logistics, collaboration with the design consultants, manage and estimate design budgets and design contingency solutions, direct construction best-practices, organize design investigative work and provide assistance in the selection of materials and building systems, solicit and manage subcontractor bid packages and supplier bidding. Qualifications must be received by Superintendent Randy Russell at Freeman School District at 15001 South Jackson Road, Rockford WA, 99030 no later than 3:00:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 5, 2023. The Project name and submittal date must appear on the outside of all submittals. Any firm failing to submit its qualifications in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Request for Qualifications may be considered non-responsive. The project consists of a new synthetic turf field, lighting and seating upgrades, storage building, fencing and security upgrades. The project construction budget is approximately $2.5 million.
