Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Sunbury, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,200-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

General Construction. Base Bid work includes, 1,200sf single-story, slab on grade, wood framed addition with air-to-air heat pumps, two toilet rooms, and general power and lighting systems. Sitework to within 5' of building shall be included, but all other sitework will be by others. The project is subject to applicable provisions of the following, including any amendments and supplements: Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 987; Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955, P.L. 744; Pennsylvania Public Works Contractor's Bond Law of December 20, 1967, P.L. 869, no. 385. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond for 100% of the project sum will be required.
