Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This Project includes new MWBE and Workforce Goals (reference Sections SLR 19 and SLR 20), and consists of the improvements to 2023 Residential Curb Ramps Project, within the Beechwood Neighborhood. Street improvements include new granite stone curb at the new ramps, underdrain tubing, concrete sidewalk replacement in the curb ramp areas, embedded detectable warning units, the adjustment or replacement of utility appurtenances within the work area, installation of new catch basins and the adjustment or replacement of catch basin frames and grates. All lawn areas disturbed during construction will be restored with new topsoil and seed throughout the project area. The project will also include the installation of high curb, concrete sidewalk and grass on the west side of McKinster St near the Bay St intersection, adjacent to the auto parts store parking lot. Lastly, a new catch basin will be installed at the South Ave intersection with Alexander St. Upon completion of the work described above, under separate contract, the streets will be restored with a chip seal treatment scheduled for 2024.
