Consultant Roster PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with RCW Chapter 39.80, the City of Centralia is generally announcing its projected requirements for certain Architectural and Engineering and Professional Services for the 2023 calendar year. The services, which may be required include, but are not limited to: 1. Bridge design 2. Electrical engineering 3. Environmental services 4. Hydro geology services (ground water/aquifer) 5. Laboratory testing 6. Land surveying 7. Map updating 8. Structural engineering 9. Surface water treatment study 10. Trickling filter wastewater treatment 11. Wastewater treatment facility design 12. Water treatment/ filtration 13. Well head protection 14. Civil engineering for road and street design 15. Civil engineering for dike/levee design 16. Traffic engineering/studies 17. Park & recreation comp plan 18. Right-of-way 19. Geotechnical engineering/services 20. Civil engineering for water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer 21. Architectural services 22. Sanitary sewer cleaning, video and testing 23. Construction management 24. Instrumentation/ scada 25. Biosolids marketing 26. Property appraisals 27. Finance/economic studies 28. Mechanical engineering 29. Aerial photography 30. Telecommunications engineering including radio, telephone, microwave, and fiber optics 31. Electric utility comprehensive plan 32. Civil engineering for hydroelectric structures 33. Power pole inspection/testing 34. Network architecture and design 35. Electric transmission line engineering 36. Electric distribution line engineering 37. Electric substation engineering 38. Safety services and training. Therefore, the City of Centralia hereby invites submission of Statement of Qualifications (SQ), and performance data by consulting firms interested in providing such services. Please send one (1) copy of the company SQ along with a cover letter stating the Number and Category to which you are interested. If you are already on the City's 2022 list, you do not need to reapply for 2023. However, you may submit an updated SQ and/or categories of work. Qualified minority and women-owned firms are encouraged to apply.
