Renovation of a water / sewer project in Verona, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Augusta County Service Authority (ACSA) is soliciting Sealed Bids to construct the Middle River Wastewater Treatment Plant Secondary Clarifier No. 3 Repair project located in Augusta County, VA. The work generally consists of demolition of existing partially delaminated grout topping slab, surface preparation and installation of a group topping slab in Secondary Clarifier No. 3, and application of a crystalline water proofing coating. Crack and spall repair of the underlying concrete must be completed on an as-needed basis and will be paid for on a unit price basis. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be licensed as a Contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia and registered with the State Corporation Commission.
