Interior Renovation at the Rosa Parks Hempstead Transit Center (HTC). Detailed Specification: Contractor shall remove existing and install new requirements specified in the Architectural (Technical) Specification and drawing packages Transdev Services, Inc. doing business as Nassau Inter-County Express (NICE Bus) is soliciting firm-fixed-price bids from responsible firms for an INTERIOR RENOVATION PROJECT AT THE ROSA PARKS HEMPSTEAD TRANSIT CENTER (HTC). The contract term shall not exceed thirty (30) weeks from the date of contract award. A contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder and prices shall remain firm throughout the contract term. Replace all existing HM Doors, Frames and Hardware on the interior Kiosk, to match existing in type and style and level of durability. Work shall be performed in compliance with Federal, New York State, and Local codes and the specifications included in the IFB. A DBE PARTICIPATION GOAL OF FIFTEEN PERCENT (15%) SHALL BE ASSIGNED TO THIS PROCUREMENT; ALL MINORITY BUSINESSES ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE.
