Demolition of the Coffee Pot Building and Lomas Nettleton Parking Garage at 1117 Franklin Street for the Harris County Office of the County Engineer Questions Due Date: Dec 22nd, 2022, 12:00 PM CST The County requires Vendors to make a good faith effort to meet or exceed a 33% goal for participation by M/WBEs on this project. The purpose of this Contract is for the Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to grade site after demolition of buildings to establish positive drainage, install area inlet and modify existing curb inlet, improve sidewalk and curb ramps adjacent to the project site, provide traffic control, provide storm water pollution prevention measures, and hydro mulch all disturbed areas, all complete, operational and in place in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Contractor is responsible for any necessary asbestos removal per Phase 1 ESA.
