Renovation of an educational facility in Middleville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids will be accepted from qualified contractors by Thornapple Kellogg Schools for the Thornapple Kellogg High School Pool Renovation project. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid amount is required and shall accompany the bid. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond issued by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the State of Michigan, a cashier's check, or money order payable to Thornapple Kellogg Schools. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the bid date. All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the Owner(s) or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board, intermediate school board, or board of directors or the superintendant of the school district, or chief executive officer or the public school academy. Bids that do not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement will not be accepted.
