As of Feb 20 the project was awarded to Coronado Wrecking & Salvage Co, awarded amount not available. Full demolition of the existing vacant two-story (one story above grade, plus basement) building at the northwest corner of Mesa Vista Rd and Buena Vista Drive NE, including all walkways and site walls to the city sidewalks. Controlled material is to be backfilled to eliminate trip hazards and establish a consistent finished grade for the site in anticipation of future development. Crushed stone finish course to be installed for slope stabilization, erosion mitigation. Installation and subsequent removal of temporary construction fencing, silt fencing and vehicle access gates along demolition site perimeter.
