Purchase Order not to exceed $4,450.00 Vendor is to provide the necessary parts and labor for the water treatment for the boilers at the West Side Market: Total # of Boilers: 2 Vendor to provide monthly on-site visits during Fall through Spring during the heating season by a trained water treatment service technician. The following services are to be provided during visits: -Both boilers will be tested with an on-site conductivity meter -On-site chemicals will be added to each system to maintain proper PH levels -Both boilers are to be blown down and checked for excessive scale -Both Boilers' burners are to be checked -Boiler feed system and pumps will be checked -All boiler room equipment, controls, and components are to be visually inspected Additional Parts and Repairs:
