This project includes 46' of south roadway pavement transition, 20' south approach slab, 154'-7" of the bridge deck, 20' of north approach slab, 46' of north roadway pavement transition, for a distance of approximately 278'-7". DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT This project consists of deck patching and bridge deck microsilica concrete overlay on SN 004- 0016 including approach pavement repair, slope wall repair and a highway pavement transition. The entire roadway bridge deck, including approach spans, will be scarified and a microsilica concrete overlay will be constructed and any collateral or incidental work necessary to complete the improvement as shown on the plans and described herein.
