Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mission Viejo, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and swimming pool.
For the following: Trabuco Hills High School Pool Modernization, located at 27501 Mustang Run, Mission Viejo, CA 92691. Bids are to be delivered to the Facilities Department, Attn: Doug Monfils located at 25631 Peter A. Hartman Way, Mission Viejo. A current Class B General Building Contractor license is required. A bid security of 10% of bid amount and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds are required for this project. All contractors and subcontractors shall be properly registered with the DIR at the time bid opening to bid any work on this contract. - RENOVATION OF EXISTING POOL (BUILDING 200) TO INCLUDE NEW CONCRETE FLATWORK, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, AND RELATED PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL WORK. - MODIFICATIONS TO EXTERIOR RESTROOMS IN BUILDING 200 TO MEET CODE COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS. - MODIFICATIONS TO STAFF RESTROOMS IN FOOD SERVICE BUILDING TO MEET CODE COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS. PRE-BID RFI: Pre-bid RFI are due by January 6, 2023.
