The Nueces River Authority is soliciting RFQs to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation, (Respondent), to provide the services as part of the City's CDBG Master Plan and Drainage Projects. Phase I: The consultant shall review the condition of the City's infrastructure to include water, wastewater, storm water, streets and drainage systems. The consultant shall then meet jointly with the Authority and City to establish an understanding of the City's priorities with respect to addressing the issues within the City and use this information to develop a master plan to include the prioritized projects with an estimate of probable cost along with a recommended schedule to address issues discovered during the assessment. The Consultant shall submit ten (10) copies of the Master Plan along with 2 identical-to-the-original electronic copies on a flash drive. Phase II: Provide design and specification services for prioritized projects which may be constructed with the funds remaining from the CDBG Grant. Phase III: Respond to technical questions from potential bidders during procurement process performed by NRA. Assist with recommendation of award. Phase IV: Provide oversight by answering questions, reviewing and approving submittals, for construction process. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
