Description

These task order contract projects will provide microsurface street application services as directed by city staff at various locations throughout the city. Services may also include crack sealing, street preparation prior to application, and installation of pavement markings. Bids will open and the Bid Results will be posted electronically on day of the deadline. Bid Results will not be read out loud in City Council Chambers, but will be read aloud utilizing WebEx. You can access WebEx by phone at 1-415-655-0001, Access Code: 1770 23 1452, Password: 3HrMPWvWr58, and/or by utilizing electronically using the aforementioned information The Deadline for questions is scheduled for January 5, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. CST. It is understood and agreed that the work is to be substantially completed on or before 365 calendar days. This project does not include hazardous environmental work. This project requires 12 project signs. Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Program Compliance - Respondents shall meet the subcontracting requirements as stated on 050.01 Form and on the Subcontractor/Supplier Commitment Form posted with this solicitation on the Citys website. Wage Decision - Respondent shall meet the prevailing wage rate requirements established for this contract and shall reference the wage decision posted with this solicitation on the Citys website
