Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and golf course.
Description of the Work - the Scope of Work Involves Furnishing All of the Required Labor, Materials, Equipment, Implements, Parts and Supplies Necessary for, or Appurtenant to Demolition and Installation of Two New Illuminated Signs at Grand Oaks Recreation Center and Lippold Family Golf Center; Both Furnished With a Custom Matched Faux Brick Base The Contract Will Be Awarded at a Board Meeting of the Park Board of Commissioners on January 19th, 2023, at 6:30 P.m. All Proposals Must Be Accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bank Draft for 10% (Ten Percent) of the Total Bid Made Payable to the Crystal Lake Park District. Each Bid Shall Also Include Three (3) References From Clients for Which Similar Work Was Performed, Listing the Name, Address and Telephone Number of the Client, a Description of the Work, and the Construction Cost. Illinois Prevailing Wage Act - All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works Are Subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 Ilcs 130/1-12). Rejection of Bids - the Crystal Lake Park District Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Technicalities.
