The Work will consist of: Flooring Replacement at Puentes Center, 2425 Enborg Ln, San Jose, CA 95128. Successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, consumables which shall include, but shall not be limited to, workers' supplies or protective garments, disposable items used in furtherance of completing the Work, labor, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to "The County of Santa Clara." The Contractor must possess a C-15 Flooring and Floor Covering Contractors license issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15.
