Lawrence County Board of Education reserves the right to refuse any bid. The Lawrence County School District currently owns the surveillance systems installed at each building site. The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain an upgrade or replacement bid for the surveillance systems for the District on the terms described in this RFP. The current video surveillance system should be upgraded or replaced meeting the following needs below System Upgrade Needs 1. All servers should be running Windows Server and be compatible to the latest Software a) Each server should have the capacity for 30 days of recording at a minimum 7-frames per second. b) Each server must provide storage room for growth or expansion. 2. Provide, install, or upgrade cameras and their firmware compatible with alarm.com software as needed. 3. Provide recommendations on improving or replacing cameras. 4. Replace existing analog cameras with modern IP based cameras. 5. Mobile App to view video footage. 6. Provide a map and associated documentation of all our camera system components. 8. monitoring of the system for server and camera failure to address overall health of the system. 9. Provide training to district staff in the use and operation of the software. 10. Install client software on designated computers provided by the District. 11. Provide 24/7/365 full parts and labor repair service and technical support.
