Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Seattle, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Restroom at Sunset Park Replace restroom in Sunset Park built in the mid-1970's. The restroom has undergone some minor improvements but needs to be replaced. The restroom is adjacent to the Westside Trail and will be frequented by park users after the soil contamination has been mediated. The restroom is currently owned by King County but operated and maintained by the City of SeaTac. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2023 - 2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of December 13, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
