Estimated Substantial Completion Date: June 10, 2023 Estimated Final Completion date: August 10, 2023 Davis-Bacon wages do not apply. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 4/13/2023 11:00:00 PM (ET) Award: It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered.
