In consideration of the promises herein contained, Contractor agrees to furnish and pay for any and all things (other than such as are specifically required by this Contract to be furnished by Owner), including without limitation, all labor, materials, supervision, submittals, equipment, machinery, tools, incidentals and services necessary or required to be provided by Contractor to fulfill Contractors obligations for construction of the Project under the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents and to do everything else necessary to perform and fully complete the work required by the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the Owner, its designated Owner Representative(s) and/or other governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Work and/or the Project (the Work). The Work shall be executed in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and no deviations from the requirements thereof shall be made without the prior approval of Owner. Without limiting any other provision of this Contract, Contractor shall perform all of the Work in accordance with good industry practices, all Applicable Laws, applicable codes and standards, and in a good and workmanlike manner. Contractor agrees, warrants and represents that all materials and equipment furnished under this Contract shall be of the quality required or permitted by the Contract Documents and that all of Contractors Work will be free from defects and will strictly conform with the requirements of the Contract Documents. In consideration of the promises herein contained, Contractor agrees to furnish and pay for any and all things (other than such as are specifically required by this Contract to be furnished by Owner), including Fire Station 13 HVAC System Replacement - Provide all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment as necessary to upgrade the existing Daiken Air Conditioning system. The location of this project is 6901 Corporate Drive in the City of Plano, Texas 75024.
