The Project involves the repair and reconstruction of various failing structural elements of a two-story 118-year old brick building serving as the Locust Grove City Hall located at 3644 Highway 42 South, Locust Grove, GA 30248. The scope of work will include demolition, site preparation/grading, carpentry work, brickwork, basement/crawlspace moisture control, and interior finish restoration and upgrades. Project Schedule - Work is to commence as soon as possible and conclude in a timely manner consistent with project scope and the needs to keep operations of the City going during the process where possible. CM/GC Services - The prospective CM/GC will provide preconstruction services which may include technical review, cost verification, cost evaluation, value engineering, schedule development, and schedule evaluation, in addition to management of the construction. In addition, CM/GC will be responsible for methods of construction, safety, and the scheduling and coordination of the work of all construction and miscellaneous contracts required for completion of the project within its predetermined budget and schedule.
