42-10-01-06-0-009-023 Bidders will be able to visit the Site at the convenience of the Fayetteville Manlius School District with a minimum of forty-eight hours prior notification to Mr. Russell McCarty by telephone at 315.692.1250.The work of this project shall be completed by the dates set forth in Section 011100 entitled Summary of Work.Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to BiddersEach Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents.The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids.Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge of $25 per set, payable by separate check to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. All requests for delivery to locations outside of Upstate NY will incur an additional shipping charge based on the metering increase for those locations. Any sets required in excess of the above-mentioned maximums are to be obtained directly by interested parties at the full cost of printing, at their cost, directly from Plan and Print Systems.
