Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Athabasca, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The Owner is seeking a qualified HVAC vendor to design, supply, install and commission four 96% efficient, or better, condensing boilers to replace the four existing standard efficiency boilers in the facility. The new boilers should be sized to provide the same thermal output as the existing boilers. The boilers will need to be direct vented and have the appropriate exhaust piping installed for condensing boilers. Cancelled.
